Souring leaf
The souring leaf is a kind of leave that is use to cook local food called (Kpukpoi), that is patai in Hausa. Its seeds are used to make a local maggi (Zzuwai zzop).

This kind of grain is used for a local food and also for the brewing of a local beer.
